To allow time for us to prepare your order, please wait until you have received a confirmation call, text or email to notify you that your order is ready to be collected. When you are collecting your order please be sure to bring your order confirmation email as proof of purchase.
Shipping within Australia
We ship with Australia Post and selected courier services. You will receive tracking details regarding the status of your shipping, from dispatch to delivery.
Please allow 1-2 business days for dispatch from Mossy Store. A further 1-2 business days for metropolitan deliveries, and 2-4 days for regional deliveries.
Standard Small Package Shipping (up to 5 kg) $12
Standard Large Package Shipping (5kg to 10 kg) $24
Heavy Goods Shipping (10kg to 20kg) $35
Shipping for delicate fragile items, furniture, rugs, art and lighting is available for Store Pick Up only. If you do not live locally please feel free to email us firstname.lastname@example.org with the products of interest and your delivery address. We will investigate delivery options and if possible, put together a quote for specialist delivery.
We offer trackable international shipping only for homewares products online. Fragile pieces, artwork, furniture, rugs and lighting are currently unavailable for sale outside of Australia. Please contact our team at email@example.com for any specific international requests.
All international orders are sent via Australia Post. You will receive tracking details regarding the status of your shipping, from dispatch to delivery.
Please allow 1-2 business days for dispatch from our store.
Please be aware, you may be liable for customs or duties taxes in line with those in the Country in which you reside. Mossy Store does not take responsibility for any customs duties, foreign taxes or other fees which may be imposed by your local government.
Shipping rates of homewares:
- NZ - $32
- Rest of world - $60
We do not ship extremely fragile items, artwork, rugs, lighting or furniture outside of Australia.
How To Return:
Please note for all 'change of mind' returns a $10 returns/administration fee will be deducted from your refund once your item(s) are received and processed by our team.
To initiate a return, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with details of which products and the reasons why you'd like to return them. From there, we will issue your returns ID number and further details of our returns address.
Damaged or Faulty Items:
We do our best to ensure all items are quality controlled prior to dispatch.
In the case that something is faulty or damaged, please contact our team as soon as possible at email@example.com with brief description of the fault. We will be in touch as soon as possible with how we can rectify the issue.
If you would like a refund please note these are also subjected to our $10 returns/administration fee, this will be deducted from your refund. Your refund will be credited to your original payment method. Credit card refunds may take up to 10 days to process, depending on your financial institution.
