The Origami Table is an original Mossy Store side table, designed in our Southern Highlands workshop and inspired by the simple elegance of folded paper. Its name comes from the way the solid timber appears to fold seamlessly from the tabletop into the legs, creating a sculptural form with remarkable strength.
Built from solid Australian Spotted Gum, each table celebrates the natural character of the timber, with rich colour variation and grain that will continue to deepen beautifully with age. The triangular cut-out is more than a design detail. It provides a comfortable handhold, making the table easy to move wherever it is needed.
Beautiful on its own, the Origami Table is also designed to nest with others, allowing multiple tables to stack together in a sculptural arrangement that is both practical and visually striking.
